Discovery Call — 30 Minutes, No Pressure

We begin with a genuine conversation about what is happening in your organisation. What are people struggling with? What has already been tried? What would a meaningful shift actually look like? This is not a sales call — it is the beginning of a real relationship. We only proceed if there is genuine alignment.

Bespoke Programme Design

Every organisation is different. We design your programme from the ground up — choosing the right format, themes, depth, and duration based on what you actually need. You receive a detailed proposal outlining sessions, content, logistics, and expected outcomes before any commitment is made.

Live Delivery — In-Person or Virtual

Maitreya delivers all sessions personally. Each session blends teaching, guided practice, and space for genuine inquiry. Participants leave each session with something they can use the same day — not concepts, but direct experience of a different quality of inner life.

Integration & Ongoing Support

Change requires integration. Between sessions, participants have access to the Maitreya App and Learn portal for daily practices, teachings, and guided meditations. For longer programmes, optional individual coaching sessions are available. We measure outcomes and report back to you throughout.

Before You Reach Out

Is this suitable for secular / non-spiritual organisations? +
Yes. The practices and teachings are delivered in a way that is accessible and relevant regardless of belief system. We do not require anyone to adopt a particular worldview — only to be open to direct experience. Many of our clients are in finance, healthcare, and tech, and report the work to be among the most practically useful they have encountered.
What is the minimum group size? +
We work with groups as small as 5 (for leadership teams) and as large as several hundred (for keynote formats). The immersive programme works best with groups of 8–30 participants. For larger organisations, we can work with multiple cohorts simultaneously.
Do you offer virtual programmes? +
Yes. All programme formats are available virtually and have proven highly effective in that format. In our experience, the depth of the work is not diminished by working online — the quality of the facilitator's presence travels through a screen more than most people expect.
How much does a programme cost? +
Pricing is bespoke and depends on programme format, duration, group size, and location. A single keynote workshop starts from $3,500 CAD. Immersive programmes are quoted following a discovery call. We are committed to working within realistic budgets for organisations where genuine readiness is present — please enquire and we will find an appropriate structure.
Can we measure the impact? +
Yes. For programmes of four weeks or more, we use validated wellbeing assessments before and after the programme. We also provide a qualitative impact report based on participant feedback. Many of our clients report outcomes across reduced absenteeism, improved team communication scores, and leadership effectiveness ratings — though we are honest that the deepest changes are often the hardest to quantify.
