Stress management programmes teach people to cope with pressure. Maitreya's work teaches them something different: how to find the stillness that is already inside them — and lead, create, and connect from there.
Most corporate wellness programmes treat stress like a systems problem — give people better tools, better schedules, better snacks, and the numbers will improve. And yet the stress returns. The burnout deepens. The quiet quitting spreads.
The reason is simple: the root of workplace suffering is not workload. It is disconnection — from oneself, from one's work, from a sense of genuine meaning and purpose. No productivity tool fixes that.
Maitreya's approach goes to the source. Drawing on contemplative wisdom traditions, modern psychology, and somatic practice, this work helps individuals and teams find the deeper ground of stillness, clarity, and presence from which genuine high performance — and genuine wellbeing — naturally arise.
This is not wellness as an HR checkbox. This is transformation as a business strategy.
Three interlocking pillars — consciousness, healing, and presence — that work together to create lasting, measurable change.
We begin not with productivity frameworks, but with the discovery of what is already stable inside each person. When individuals learn to access genuine presence, their decisions, relationships, and output change at a root level — not because they are trying harder, but because they are operating from a different quality of awareness.
Most interpersonal conflict, reactivity, and leadership failure traces back to unaddressed emotional pain patterns — what Maitreya calls the pain-body. This work helps teams recognise and work with these patterns consciously, creating psychological safety that is not a policy, but a lived reality.
The most effective leaders are not those who manage stress best, but those who have found something in themselves that stress cannot touch. This programme cultivates that quality — not as a spiritual concept, but as a practical, somatic, daily lived capacity that transforms how leaders show up in every room they enter.
Every engagement is shaped around your team's specific needs, culture, and challenges. Nothing is off-the-shelf.
A powerful, self-contained experience — ideal for company away-days, leadership retreats, conference keynotes, or team-building events. Maitreya delivers a live teaching followed by a guided practice that leaves your team with something real, not just inspired.
A multi-session journey for teams or leadership groups who want to go deeper. This format creates genuine, lasting change — not a one-day glow, but a new way of working. Sessions are spaced over 4–12 weeks with integration practices between each gathering.
For organisations committed to making consciousness and wellbeing a genuine pillar of their culture — not a one-off initiative. A monthly arrangement that includes live sessions, access to the full Maitreya teaching library, and direct support for your wellbeing leads.
"The quality of a leader's presence is the most important variable in team performance — and it is the one variable that no KPI currently measures."Maitreya
We begin with a genuine conversation about what is happening in your organisation. What are people struggling with? What has already been tried? What would a meaningful shift actually look like? This is not a sales call — it is the beginning of a real relationship. We only proceed if there is genuine alignment.
Every organisation is different. We design your programme from the ground up — choosing the right format, themes, depth, and duration based on what you actually need. You receive a detailed proposal outlining sessions, content, logistics, and expected outcomes before any commitment is made.
Maitreya delivers all sessions personally. Each session blends teaching, guided practice, and space for genuine inquiry. Participants leave each session with something they can use the same day — not concepts, but direct experience of a different quality of inner life.
Change requires integration. Between sessions, participants have access to the Maitreya App and Learn portal for daily practices, teachings, and guided meditations. For longer programmes, optional individual coaching sessions are available. We measure outcomes and report back to you throughout.
"We've done mindfulness training before. This was categorically different. People came back the following week and said something had genuinely shifted — not just in how they felt, but in how they were showing up with each other. We booked a follow-up programme immediately."
"I was sceptical about bringing in someone who teaches 'consciousness' to a board of healthcare executives. By the end of the morning, I watched three of our most guarded leaders visibly soften. The conversation that followed was the most honest we've had in years."
"The ROI on this is impossible to put in a spreadsheet — but it is real. Turnover in the leadership team dropped. Our Glassdoor scores went up. And people keep telling us they feel like something changed. I think what changed is that they found themselves again."
This work is not for organisations looking for a wellness checkbox, a PR initiative, or a one-day fix. It requires genuine leadership commitment and a willingness to go deeper than most corporate programmes ask.
When that commitment is present, the results are real, lasting, and often surprising. People change — not because they were told to, but because they found something in themselves they didn't know was there.
Each partnership is given full attention and care. We do not take on more than we can deliver with depth. Enquire early if you are considering a programme for the coming quarter.
