These Terms govern your use of MaitreyaBuddha.com and all purchases made through it. By using this site or purchasing any course, session, or product, you agree to these Terms. If any part is unclear, write to us before proceeding — we are happy to explain.
MaitreyaBuddha.com is the website of Maitreya Teachings and the Uncommon Wisdom Coaching Institute. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, course participants, and coaching clients. References to "the Institute," "we," and "us" throughout this document refer to Maitreya Teachings and the Uncommon Wisdom Coaching Institute.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any course, enroll in the coaching certification, or book a private session. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Institute reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Upon successful purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course or digital product you have purchased. This licence is for your individual use only. You may not share your login credentials, share downloaded materials, reproduce course content, or use any materials from our courses for commercial purposes without the Institute's express written permission.
Course content — including video recordings, audio files, written materials, and guided practices — is the intellectual property of Maitreya Teachings and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Enrollment in the Uncommon Wisdom Coaching Institute certification programme is subject to an application and review process. Acceptance is at the Institute's discretion. Upon acceptance, your enrolment is confirmed when full payment or an agreed payment schedule is in place. The certification is awarded upon satisfactory completion of all programme requirements, as assessed by the Institute faculty.
The Institute reserves the right to remove any participant from the certification programme whose conduct is inconsistent with the values and standards of the teaching — including disrespectful behaviour toward other participants or faculty. In such cases, fees are non-refundable.
Private sessions with Maitreya or Institute-certified coaches are booked via email and confirmed upon receipt of payment. Sessions are conducted online via video call. A recording is provided to the client within 48 hours of the session. To reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund.
All content on MaitreyaBuddha.com — including but not limited to text, teachings, images, audio recordings, video recordings, course materials, and the Uncommon Wisdom Coaching methodology — is the property of Maitreya Teachings and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
Testimonials shared on this website represent the genuine experiences of individual participants. They are not guarantees of results. Transformation, insight, and awakening are deeply personal processes that vary significantly between individuals. The Institute makes no promise that you will experience specific outcomes from any course, session, or programme.
The Institute's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are educational and coaching in nature — they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. We genuinely prefer to resolve any concern through direct conversation — please write to Maitreya@MaitreyaBuddha.com before pursuing any formal process.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Your continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
