We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all online courses purchased through MaitreyaBuddha.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of the approved request.
After the 7-day window has passed, online courses become non-refundable and non-returnable. Because digital access is permanently delivered upon purchase, we are unable to retrieve or restrict course materials once the refund window has closed. We appreciate your understanding of this boundary, which exists to protect the integrity of the work and ensure fairness to all participants.

To ensure fairness and prevent misuse of programme materials, refunds for the UWI Coaching Certification are structured as follows:
Full Refund Within 7 Days of Enrolment
Participants may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolment, provided they have not completed more than 20% of the UWI programme curriculum. Requests must be submitted in writing to Maitreya@MaitreyaBuddha.com.
No Refunds After 14 Days From the Scheduled Programme Start Date
After 14 days from the scheduled cohort start date, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for the programme or any component of UWI after this point. This policy applies without exception, including in cases where a participant:
We encourage all prospective participants to review the programme curriculum carefully before enrolling, and to write to Maitreya@MaitreyaBuddha.com with any questions before committing. We are happy to schedule a call to help you determine whether this programme is the right fit.
Private sessions that have taken place are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice and we will arrange an alternative time. Sessions cancelled without adequate notice may be forfeited. Exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually — write to us and we will find a way forward.
Retreat deposits secure your place and are non-refundable if you withdraw within 60 days of the retreat start date. If you withdraw more than 60 days in advance, your deposit may be transferred to a future event. Full retreat fees paid in advance are refundable, minus the deposit, up to 60 days before the retreat. Within 60 days, fees are non-refundable due to venue and logistical commitments — however, your place may be transferred to another participant in consultation with us.
Physical books and products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if in original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect. To initiate a return, write to Maitreya@MaitreyaBuddha.com.
Digital products — course access, audio downloads, PDF guides — are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email containing access instructions is sent to the address provided at checkout, typically within minutes. If you do not receive this within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then write to Maitreya@MaitreyaBuddha.com and we will resolve it promptly.
